Cyprus is a great place to setup a Hedge Fund. Look at IKOS.
Trading Platforms on Cyprus
That is why on Cyprus there are loads of trading plaforms, eg: fxpro.com , finotec.com, windsor brokers. They are all benifiting from the tax breaks here. I also wondered why Cyprus does not have many hedge fund operating on the island. Surely this is the place to do it!

Trading Platforms in Cyprus
Setting up a trading platforrm is possible with the right software ( trading platform), risk procedures, proper funding, hedging strategy & IT support structure. Cyprus has a great tax advantage for trading. This is something I am looking into at the moment.
